After losing 700ml of blood during my second cesarean, I emerged resolute, ready to support others.

For over 18 years, I have passionately helped hundreds of mothers around the globe achieve empowered, informed VBAC experiences. I am proud to share that none of the mothers I’ve assisted have faced uterine rupture, and only five have needed repeat cesareans.

I bring a wealth of knowledge and heartfelt dedication to every family I work with. My journey in the birth community began when I experienced 2 very unnecessary caesarean sections. After finding out I was pregnant again with baby no.3, I just knew I could have a VBAC. And that's exactly what I did. I had 2VBA2C X3 and a homebirth for my 5th pregnancy. This ignited my passion for supporting families during one of life’s most transformative experiences, which began in 2009.
I believe that education is empowerment.
My goal is to provide families with the information and resources they need to make confident choices that align with their values and preferences. I have studied various birthing practices, comfort measures, and the emotional aspects of labour, equipping me to tailor my support to each unique situation.

My approach is down-to-earth and nurturing, creating an environment where you can freely express your desires and fears regarding childbirth. I understand that birth can be both exciting and intimidating; therefore, I strive to foster an atmosphere of trust and openness. You can rely on me to listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and provide reassurance without judgment.

DOULA SERVICES
Birth doula Support
I am dedicated to providing comprehensive support throughout your entire birth journey. As your doula, my primary role is to offer unwavering physical, emotional, and informational support tailored to your unique needs.
Prenatal Visits
We’ll start with personalised consultations to discuss your birth preferences and address any concerns. Together, we’ll create a birth plan that reflects your desires and prepares you for labour. I'll visit you once or twice during your pregnancy and will be available by phone or WhatsApp.
Continuous Labour Support
When the time comes, I’ll be by your side, providing comfort and guidance throughout labour, whether at home or in the hospital. I’ll offer hands-on support, including relaxation techniques, massage, and movement strategies to help ease contractions.
Advocacy
I will ensure your voice is heard, assisting you in communicating your wishes to your care team and supporting you in decision-making during labour.

Postpartum Follow-Up
After your baby arrives, I’ll provide a postpartum visit to discuss your birth experience, answer questions, and offer resources for your recovery and transition into parenthood.
